How it is calculated

You give us your dates and your resort. We try every way of paying and keep the cheapest one.

The principle

We compare the resort's standard price, multi-day passes and every discount card, on its own or combined with one or two others.

Each day is paid in the cheapest possible way. The price of the cards is included in the total.

For groups, we also look for group offers (tribe, family) when the resort has them.

Where do the prices come from?

From the official websites of the resorts and cards, collected automatically. Check the price on the official website before buying.

Limitations

  • Not all 2026-2027 resort season pass prices are published yet: enter your resort's price in the simulator options and it will be compared with the cards. The Magic Pass is always compared.
  • Cards whose prices are not published online (works councils…) are not compared.
  • Prices can change during the season.

Glossary

Ski pass
The ticket that gives access to the lifts (chairlifts, gondolas…) for one or several days. It is the biggest expense of a ski day.
Ticket office price (public price)
The normal price of the pass, shown at the resort's ticket offices and on its website, without a discount card. It is our point of comparison.
Discount card
A card or subscription paid once for the season, which lowers the price of each pass in partner resorts.
Membership
The price of the discount card itself, paid once for the season (sometimes with a small card to buy the first year). Our totals always include it.
Hands-free card
Like a motorway toll tag: you go straight to the lifts without queuing at the ticket office, and the days skied are billed afterwards.
Multi-day pass
A pass for 2 to 14 days, cheaper than the same number of one-day passes. Most are for consecutive days; others, such as “4 days out of 7”, for days of your choice within a period.
Loyalty
Some cards reward regular skiers: points turned into discounts, free days (the 7th, the 10th…), discounts that grow as the days add up.
Works council (CSE) or partner code
A code from your works council (CSE), an association or a partner. It makes some cards cheaper or unlocks reserved prices.
Season pass
A pass valid every day of the season for a fixed price: worth it if you ski very often.

Frequently asked questions

What is this website for?

To pay as little as possible for your ski passes in France. You tell us where and when you ski; we compare the resort's standard price, multi-day passes and 17 discount cards, alone or combined, then tell you what to buy.

Do you sell ski passes or cards?

No. We calculate the cheapest option and send you to the official website of the card or resort to buy it.

Why would paying for a discount card save me money?

Because the discount on each day ends up exceeding the price of the card. Example: a €20 card that saves you €10 per day pays for itself from the 2nd day; everything after that is saved. For a single day, however, a card rarely pays off: our calculation tells you.

Where do the prices come from? Are they reliable?

They are collected automatically from the official websites of the card networks and resorts (last updated: 20 October 2026). They remain indicative: check the price on the official website before buying.

I ski with my family: what should I do?

Add each person under “Who's skiing?” with their age: the calculation uses child, youth, student and senior prices, and group offers (tribe, family pack) when the resort publishes them. Some cards are free for children with an adult.

Why isn't my resort listed?

We cover 105 resorts and 10 linked ski areas (3 Vallées, Paradiski…: multi-resort passes): those whose prices are published online by the resorts and networks we follow. The list grows during the season.

Is OptiPass free?

Yes, completely, with no sign-up or subscription.

Is my information stored?

No. Your ski days are kept in your browser for your next visit; we ask for no account or email address.
